✅ Candidate Requirements
- Valid NMC PIN (RGN – Band 5)
- Minimum 12 months recent NHS hospital experience in A&E, ITU, or CCU
- Confident managing acute/critical cases in high-pressure environments
- Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, or block bookings
- Right to work in the UK
