Springday Healthcare is seeking experienced Band 2 Healthcare Assistant to support both NHS hospital wards in the Bronylls, Brecon area. We offer excellent pay, full flexibility, and the opportunity to work across both clinical and home-based settings.
🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care in to patients
- Making sure patients are comfortable
- Helping patients move around
- Washing and dressing patients
- Taking basic observations and updating patient records
- Keeping departments tidy and ensuring equipment is clean
- Serving meals and helping patients eat
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Follow all NHS policies, infection control, and safeguarding protocols
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 6 months UK nursing experience (community experience preferred)
- Confident working independently in the community and in hospital settings
- Strong communication, time management, and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work ad hoc shifts, block bookings, or regular community rounds
- Right to work in the UK
