Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate, committed, and professional Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our agency workforce. Whether your experience lies in acute inpatient care, crisis intervention, forensic services, rehabilitation, or community mental health, we have shifts suited to your skills and availability.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred mental health nursing in line with NMC guidelines

Administer medications and monitor patient outcomes

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for coordinated care

Support with assessments, care planning, and risk management

Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality

Adhere to infection control and health & safety protocols
✅ Essential Requirements

Valid NMC PIN – active registration as a Mental Health Nurse

Experience – Minimum of 12 months' recent UK experience at Band 5 level in a mental health setting

Clinical Skills – Confident in patient assessment, risk management, care planning, and medication administration

Communication – Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills

Flexibility – Able to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and bank holidays
