Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our agency and work in hospitals and healthcare facilities across Bath and North East Somerset. If you are a passionate, reliable, and professional nurse looking for flexible shifts with great pay, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
✅ Deliver high-quality patient care in line with NHS and CQC standards
✅ Administer medications safely and monitor patient responses
✅ Perform clinical procedures, including wound care, IV therapy, and catheterisation
✅ Work collaboratively with doctors, therapists, and healthcare assistants
✅ Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation is up to date
✅ Ensure infection control and safeguarding compliance in all patient interactions
Requirements
✔️ Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
✔️ Minimum 6 months’ UK nursing experience
✔️ Good knowledge of NHS policies, procedures, and clinical best practices
✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔️ Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends
✔️ Right to work in the UK
