Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Band 5 Registered Nurses to join our agency workforce, supporting patients across various healthcare settings in the wrexham( North East region of wales) area. This role offers flexible shifts with competitive pay rates, ideal for nurses looking to broaden their experience in acute hospital wards, community healthcare, and specialist units.
📍 Location: Wrexham, Wales, UK
💷 Pay Rate: £25 - £32 per hour (depending on experience and shift pattern)
🕒 Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Temporary
🌙 Shift Pattern: Days / Nights / Rotational
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Administer medications and treatments safely, following established protocols.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes to the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to provide holistic care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, tailored to individual patient needs.
- Adhere to infection control policies and health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide support and mentorship to junior staff and healthcare assistants as required.
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration with a current PIN.
- Minimum of 6 months' UK nursing experience at Band 5 level or equivalent.
- Experience in NHS hospitals, private healthcare, or community settings is advantageous.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Right to work in the UK.
