Springday Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate Band 5 Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our dynamic agency workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses looking for flexible working hours across a variety of clinical settings, including NHS hospitals, private facilities, and care homes throughout Guildford and the surrounding areas.
🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, person-centred care in line with NMC guidelines and clinical best practices
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and respond to clinical emergencies
- Conduct assessments and support with personalised care planning and implementation
- Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and safeguard patient confidentiality at all times
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
- Adhere to infection control, health & safety, and safeguarding procedures
✅ Requirements
- Active NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Minimum 12 months’ UK-based experience in a hospital or clinical environment
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Comfortable working across fast-paced healthcare settings
- Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete it)
