✅ Requirements

• Valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
• Minimum 12 months of UK nursing experience
• Familiarity with NHS policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Availability for ad hoc, night, weekend, or block shifts
• Right to work in the UK
